I am so thankful I called Covenant! The first phone call with Cheri and Felicia in the office to set the appointment went smoothly. Charles came out to the house at the exact time he was scheduled and he was very thorough and explaind the ins and outs and cost and financing and stuff about roofs that I never knew. I was informed every step of the way about deliveries and start times for the project. And WOW!!! What an outstanding performance by Zack and his crew!!! They came they saw they conquered! The roof looks fantastic! It was completed so quickly and efficiently! The clean up was great and my yard is immaculate! If I could give this outstanding company more than 5 stars, I would! Fair price - I choose them because they offer assurances that I believe - like insured work site - financing - guarantees. There were slightly cheaper options, but they could not guarantee insurance, time frame, clean up, permitting, and other important things to consider. What they delivered, fast scheduling completed by a very good crew that got the job done in ONE day! I was impressed! Excellent work and clean up - this is one of the best roof jobs I've seen, and the best I've purchased across multiple homes and rentals. Very good communication and coordination, even with a weather delay... Courteous and professional this crew cleaned up so that you could hardly tell they were there, except for the expertly installed roof .. I highly recommend Covenant - ~ Dennis L

We recently had our roof done by Covenant Roofing, and I can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, they were helpful, professional, and understanding. There was a small miscommunication during the process, but it was addressed quickly and handled with care—exactly what you hope for in a company. The roof looks absolutely fantastic! You can tell they use high-quality materials and take pride in their work. We received a lot of quotes before making our decision, and while some were cheaper, we truly believe you get what you pay for. I had to have my Mom's mobile home reroofed, had multiple ppl out from multiple different companies for quotes, and I went with Covenant. Covenant wasn't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive, but I felt like I was getting the most from them. We also appreciated how long they had been in business, their record, and their warranty. Charles was wonderful! The entire team who worked on our project was amazing. They made quick and great work of it, too (job was completed in a day). We're so very happy with the final result and feel a sense of relief with storm season approaching that we have a new quality roof on her home, helping to keep her safer and at ease, too. We are giving Covenant Roofing a (5 STAR) review. From the beginning the representative, Josh Rayl was outstanding with explaining everything. We had three estimates with all using the same materials and Covenant was not the lowest but the most thorough in outlining and explaining every detail. The highest price company wanted to remove several vents and just cover them up with wood and shingles and charge extra. Covenant removed several vents and replaced them with a ridge vent. Covenant was proficient from start to finish. The project manager, Adrian Luna kept us informed daily and his crew was outstanding in performing all work from tear off, installing new roofing, to the final cleanup. How many companies nowadays can you say you were 100% satisfied, we can we are with Covenant. ~ Brenda M

We were in desperate need of a new roof and needed it ASAP due to roof damage that was causing water to leak into our house. From the time of the estimate to the time the roof was completed was 12 days and 4 of them were Thanksgiving weekend. Everyone at the company from our sales person David, to Elisabeth in the office and the roofing crew were very nice and professionally. We had 3 different roofing companies give us estimates and I spoke with 2 more over the phone and Covenant was the best by far. Our roof looks awesome and we are very glad we went with them. We discovered we had an issue with a window screen and a section of gutter about a week after the roof was done. Chris, the Service Manager, came out, took pictures and fixed both items. ~ Nancy W

Had them come out and install new rubber roof on my mobile home double wide three bed. Said they would be here 730 am and sure enough they showed up with crew of like 10 guys went straight to work had it done in a day very clean very polite and price was good you don't pay until there done and satisfied and I was Austin had that crew work from start to finish each person had a specific job and he makes sure everyone knows there place there very professional I highly recommend them to anyone. Little high priced but you get what you pay for these days and there worth ever dime didn't hesitate letting them do your roof my new insulated roof looks great and I know it's gonna pay off with cooling and heating bills. All the people at Covenant Roofing that I spoke to and came in contact with were all top notch. I liked the salesman Steven Sullivan, that I met parked outside of my home, right away as he is very personable, professional, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He says what he means and means what he says! The work crew, led by senior project manager Adrian Luna, are all very skilled, hard working individuals who take pride in their accomplishments and know how to work together as a team to get the job done the right way, & all in one day. My wife and I felt very confident in all their abilities and were very pleased with the final outcome. We would recommend them (100%) to anyone needing their skills. ~ Ken C

I am extremely pleased that I chose Covenant Roofing and Construction. The entire process was very smooth and easy. Cindy in the office was great and they answer the phone when you call! The lady that scheduled my initial appointment was also great! (I am sorry that I forgot her name). All of the people I had contact with were very personable and professional! Ben who inspected my roof and set everything in motion, Dustin who supervised the installation, the crew and Allan the Project Manager who did the final paperwork. They worked as a team to take care of the customer. They are very detailed in the expalnantion of everything and do it all exactly as scheduled! In having a kitchen remodeled a electrician had to go in the attic and move some electrical boxes. He noticed that my dryer vent was not connect to the vent. Having bought the house last year the inspection did not mention this. I looked up which company did the roof and found out Covenant did it in 2017. I didn't think they would even give me the time of day when I called, but, to my shock, they not only responded, but had someone come out, go in the attic to see the problem first hand! A few days later they came out and replaced the vent cap with a proper one and now the dryer vent works as it should. Now that is a first class company that takes responsibility for their work! The work has not been started yet, but if their installer provides the same level of support as I have received from Nate, Cory, and Michelle, I will be 100% satisfied. Nate and Cory were true professionals, they gave my roof a thorough inspection and quickly identified even the almost unnoticeable problems. Their explanation of the issues was clear and concise, and they made me feel very confident in their company's abilities. Michelle was quick to work us into the schedule, and I truly appreciate that extra attention. 10/10, would recommend to a friend. UPDATE: Less than 48 hours after Nate and Cory were here, John showed up to fix our roof. He was fast and thorough. He had us all fixed in less than 2 hours. From the very beginning when Charles not only gave me a good price but also explained exactly what I would be getting my experience with Covenant was excellent. I had never heard of a TPO roofing system before but thanks to Charles' thorough explanation, I would be able to explain it to anyone who asked. The excellent experience continued as my job was scheduled in a timely manner. The 5 man crew did a super job and was very respectful of my property causing zero damage. Their leader, Aaron kept me up to speed starting the day before the job and gave me updates during the course of the job. I must add that the office staff prior to and after the job were very helpful. I had a commercial-grade roof put on my mobile home by Covenant, and I am very pleased. However, we had a problem with a squirrel making its home under the sunroom's roof on the corner. This was over a year after the roof was installed. I didn't know what to do, so I called Covenant and Chris Thornton came to our house and removed the nest and trimmed the overhang. There was no charge. I'm sure after a year, they didn't have to do anything at all. But there was no hesitation from Covenant staff and they were so helpful on the phone and Chris was so nice. He is an asset to Covenant Roofing and this company is the best. Their motto is "The Difference is the PROMISE." They live up to that 100%. I highly recommend Covenant Roofing for a good strong roof and for excellent customer care and service. ~ Sandy M

I count myself extremely lucky to have found Covenant Roofing and Construction, Inc. I had an urgent need to replace my roof to obtain new insurance, not an easy task these days. Charles went above and beyond to help me get the work done in time. EVERYONE there is courteous, professional, and a delight to work with. I highly recommend Covenant -- all promises were kept, and I felt respected and appreciated. My neighbor noted that the crew not only showed up on time, they went to work immediately. I am very happy I chose Covenant to replace my roof after Hurricane Milton. From the callback I received the day I contacted them on their website to the call I got saying they had a job they couldn't do that day, could they do my roof instead (at least 4 weeks earlier than expected), to cleanup and inspection I have no complaints. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly, even warm. One of the most impressive things was that no one ever said "I'll have to get back to you on that." when I had a question there was an answer that was clear, complete and understandable. Cant say enough, We called them for a quote. They came out and inspected the roof, Set down with us and went over all the option and pricing, Three weeks latter we have a new roof. No hassle, No excuse's, They did exactly what they said they would do and did it in a surprisingly short period of time. The level of communication from this company was off the charts, They communicated with us every step of the way and let us know what day and time they would be out wand when they would be finished. After dealing with several contractors and BIDS in the past and have to say that Covenant Roofing truly sett's the standard in customer service, Performance and quality. The two people I dealt with the most (Josh) the sales rep and (Adrian) the project manager were amazing! Both of them were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Josh began by sharing his company qualifications and shared information about available materials. He never said a bad word about any of his competitors; he only praised his own people. How right he was. Along came Adrian with his crew. He was on the roof with them throughout. He sent me a picture of every little roof area that needed plywood before and after and how they did the valleys. This man was both thoughtful and impressive. I interviewed several roofing companies. They were the middle priced but better materials and an impressive crew came with Adrian!! Can’t go wrong with Josh and Adrian, best ever and Covenant moved the project quickly ~ Mary R

My experience with Covenant Roofing was incredible. Every company will tell you that they have integrity and that they will do a good job but this company walks the way they talk! From the initial consultation through the installation of my roof, I was so impressed. I can definitely say that I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a new roof. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. They were even willing to come back out to my house to clean up a bit of debris that had fallen into my neighbor's fenced yard. I know that if I have any difficulties with anything related to my roof or this whole process, I can contact Covenant and they will be ready to help. ~ E R

A roofing company came to our door and told us they could get our roof replaced and we would only pay our insurance deductible and that they were replacing roofs on 40 homes in our area. We called Covenant Roofing (as they were the company that had put our roof on approximately 10 years ago). Charles came out promptly and provided a complete inspection and determined we had absolutely no damage. If he had found damage he would have gotten a roofing job! If we had listened to the soliciting company - we would have had our roof replaced by paying the insurance deductible and would have contributed to the rising cost of homeowners insurance. Lesson to be learned - if someone comes soliciting work - check them out - don’t fall for it. Thank you Charles and Covenant Roofing. Note - no cost for inspection. ~ Mary B

To say this company and the workers are remarkable is an understatement! They are very professional, very thrial, very knowledgeable and make sure from the beginning to the end of the process your treated like family and your home is treated as their own! They take such great pride in everything they do! Genuinely wonderful folks! I would recommend you give them a chance you won't be let down! Brian came out for an inspection since we had noticed a leak around our chimney. Two other roofing companies told us after a 2 minute inspection it must be the chimney flashing and it would cost thousands of dollars. Brian took his time actually inspecting the roof and was able to determine that the leak was not caused by poor flashing but by a hole in the stone chimney grout. Fortunately for us this is a relatively cheap fix a stone mason can perform. So even though this ended up not being a roofing problem, Brian was very thorough and honest in helping us diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. We really appreciate his help! If we have roofing issues in the future we will definitely call Covenant! ~ Rachel B

I noticed a leak in my roof at the same time I received notice from my insurance company that it was time to replace the roof. I have never had to deal with roof repair nor replacement but Covenant made the process very easy for me. Chris came out to look at the roof in a day. He thoroughly inspected the roof and came to me with photos and more information than I could possibly remember. He advised me of all my options from color of shingles to type underlayment to financing options. Allan and his crew were at the house before the week was out an the roof was completed the same day. I was kept updated throughout the process with calls, emails and photos. I am more than pleased with Covenant's work and would recommend them to everyone. ~ Catherine C

When the time came for me to replace my shingled roof I began contacting various companies for competitive pricing. I decided to go with Josh Rayl from Covenant Roofing because he was very thorough with explaining every aspect of the installation process and cleanup afterwards. The materials for this project were the same for each contractor, yet I was given the best price with Covenant. The job was completed within a week of when I spoke with Josh and I am totally satisfied with the results. My husband and I contacted Covenant Roofing to get a couple of quotes for two metal-roof commercial buildings. Chris Thornton came by and walked one of the two roofs, and answered all of our questions. He was very kind and courteous and most importantly, honestly explained what realistic repair versus replacement options we should consider, as well as options that we should not consider that would have been more like putting a band-aid over a problem. Unlike a lot of companies that seem to just want to make money, Covenant Roofing takes pride on helping their residential and commercial customers find the best, longest-lasting solution to address their specific concerns, without wasting money on products that are not needed, so they can get word-of-mouth referrals.
